- Adapter plate attaches to the top of (tmw) tunnel plate to allow the offsetting of a solution by several inches
- Can also be used with C-HDM-100 Series base plates
- Typically used to reposition C-HDM-200 Series pole for special applications
- Material: heavy-duty construction for rugged durability with black powder coat for anti-glare and rust prevention
- Offsets the pole 4.5 inches
